This appeal arises from the denial of a motion for new trial in a personal injury case. Bruce Sirotiak claims he suffered a lower back injury in a slow speed, two-truck collision. On appeal he claims that the jury was biased against him and that he was denied the opportunity to present an effective rebuttal case. We affirm.
