This case involves judicial review of a grievance arbitration. The Southern Council of Industrial Workers appeals the district court's denial of its motion for summary judgment and grant of Bruce Hardwood Floors' motion for summary judgment, which vacated the arbitrator's award. In making this ruling, the district court determined that the arbitrator exceeded the terms of the negotiated contract. As we conclude the arbitrator did not exceed the terms of the negotiated contract, we reverse.
