Appellant, Bruce F. Kelly, as plaintiff, brought suit against the appellees, Galveston County, et al, as defendants. Following the filing of the plaintiffs second amended original petition each of the defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. After due notice to all parties, the court heard argument of counsel on each motion for summary judgment, reviewed the affidavits in support thereof, examined the pleadings of parties, and considered the depositions on file. The court thereafter entered its order that each motion for summary judgment be in all things sustained. The plaintiff, Bruce F. Kelly, has perfected this appeal from the final judgment of the trial court that he take nothing.
