Jerry Bruce ("Bruce") appeals the district courts judgment affirming the Commissioner of Social Securitys decision to deny Bruces application for Supplemental Security Income ("SSI") and Disability Insurance Benefits ("DIB") under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. Because the ALJ failed to adequately address competent lay witness testimony favorable to Bruce, we reverse the district courts judgment and remand.
